This month marks one year since Destination Padel opened its doors — and what a year it’s been.
When the opportunity came up to sponsor a court, it felt like a natural decision. Not for visibility or branding, but to support a local business that had taken a brave step and invested in something genuinely special for the community.
Creating a high-quality indoor facility locally isn’t easy, yet Destination Padel has done exactly that. The space is well considered, welcoming and energetic — bringing people together, introducing new players to the sport and offering something different for the area.
Padel is something the team genuinely love — a sport that’s social, accessible and addictive in the best possible way — and having a facility like this locally has been a real joy.
Sponsoring a court was simply our way of backing a business we admire, in a place we enjoy spending time. It’s about supporting local ambition, shared interests and the people who make our area such a great place to live.
