We dealt with J Lord when purchasing our first property. There were no pushy sales techniques in the show around which really helped us remain level heading on viewing and meant we could take our time. I initially dipped my toe in the water to sell my house in November 2021. Jacqui and Julie were excellent from the outset and had an offer lined up within 2 days. Due to missing out on the house I wanted to buy, I withdrew from the sale but went back to J Lord & Co 8 months later. They had another buyer lined up within 2 weeks. Throughout a period of 6 months they went above and beyond liaising with the chain, solicitors, mortgage advisers and a builder. Every time I contacted the office the other staff knew exactly where things were up to and gave me detailed updates.
