After unsuccessful marketing our house with two other agents, we decided to market with JLord after being impressed with their services when viewing other houses with them and it was far and away the best decision we could have made. The process was impeccable from start to finish, professional photos taken and every one of their team made the effort to come round to the house to get to know it prior to it going on the market.

We had plenty of viewings and three offers within 3-4 weeks, which we were delighted with. We had a succession of potential buyers from the start. Unfortunately the first sale fell through because a buyer in the chain pulled out. The second sale was very protracted due to a succession of delays down the chain. Throughout, Julie and Mollie would respond quickly to our emails and chased the parties in the chain who sometimes proved difficult to contact.
