We dealt with J Lord when purchasing our first property. There were no pushy sales techniques in the show around which really helped us remain level heading on viewing and meant we could take our time. There were many frustrating bumps in the chain over the course of around 10 months, but J Lord were so good at communicating with us regularly, on behalf of the vendor, that it really put us at ease. They were always such a friendly team, willing to help with any queries and would get back to us promptly.
