We had a succession of potential buyers from the start. Unfortunately the first sale fell through because a buyer in the chain pulled out. The second sale was very protracted due to a succession of delays down the chain. Throughout, Julie and Mollie would respond quickly to our emails and chased the parties in the chain who sometimes proved difficult to contact.
